Where are Kika's Treats made?
Kika's Treats products are made in its own certified commercial kitchen in the Northern California.

Are all your products handmade?
Yes, everything is made by hand from scratch.

Are your products all natural?
Yes, we use the best quality all natural ingredients, without anything artificial or any preservatives, so no funny names in our labels.

What makes your products unique?
Aside from the quality of our ingredients and the care we take in making them, we don't use white sugar or corn syrup in our treats. Instead, we use alternative sweeteners such as Organic Unrefined Coconut Palm Sugar, Organic Unrefined Rapadura Sugar, Organic Wildflower Honey, Organic Molasses and Organic Cane Sugar.

Why do you use these alternative sweeteners?
They make a huge difference in the final flavor and are unrefined (with the exception of the organic cane sugar), which means they are minimally processed and therefore retain all their natural nutrients and minerals.

What are the allergens in your products?
Each item contains specific allergens, which are specified on their labels, and we handle tree nuts in our kitchen. All our ingredients are GMO-free. Please email us at info@kikastreats.com for specific products' information.

Why don’t your labels have Nutrition Facts on them?
We are not required by law to display Nutrition Facts on our labels, given the size of our company. However, we do have them available on our website, on each product’s page.

Why are your products more expensive than similar ones in the market?
We use top quality ingredients which yield a top quality product. Our sweeteners are considerably more expensive than regular white sugar or corn syrup, commonly used by other companies. Furthermore, we source locally as much as possible for both ingredients and packaging, which is part of our mission and to which we are fully committed. We believe you can taste the difference once you try Kika’s Treats!

How should I care for my treats?
For best results, store the treats in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not recommended and will alter the final flavor. Once opened, keep them in an airtight container in order to retain freshness.

I wish to purchase Kika’s Treats as a gift and have it sent directly to the recipient. Can I get a gift card enclosed with my own message?
Yes, we provide gift cards free of charge and will handwrite each individual note. There will be an area during your check-out process, where you can specify what your message is.

Can I ship to different addresses in a single order?
Unfortunately, you will need to place separate orders for each recipient.

What is your return policy?
Our goal is to completely satisfy all customers and we stand behind everything we make and guarantee that our products leave our facility in perfect condition. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for items that are not damaged or defective. If, for some reason, you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as you receive the product at info@kikastreats.com. Also, we are not responsible for items left unattended after delivery.

SHIPPING POLICY

Kika's Treats ships via USPS only to street addresses in Continental U.S. States. At this moment, Kika's Treats does not ship to International destinations or to P.O. Boxes and we apologize for the inconvenience.

We ship from Mondays through Thursdays. To limit time in transit and guarantee that your order will get to you in the best possible condition, we never ship over the weekends. All orders received will be processed within three business days.

Please arrange for someone to receive the package or advise the recipient that a package is due as we are not responsible for packages left unattended, stolen or damaged after they have been delivered to the address specified. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages delayed or returned as undeliverable. Should a package need to be re-shipped, you will be contacted and a second shipping charge will apply. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee quality of product that is re-shipped.
